PIL for the cause of Livestock Farmers of India
पशुपालकों के हितार्थ जनशिकायत
In the last several years our animals are suffering from several diseases despite compulsory vaccination and 2-3 times vaccination in a year. The government of India spending billions of rupees every year on Foot and Mouth Disease Control Program (FMD-CP), National PPR Control Program, National Brucellosis Control Program, National PPR Control Program and National Swine Fever Control Program but our animals are suffering even more than that when Government was not spending this amount. What is the problem, where the money is going, who is getting immunity, who is traitor? There are several questions, for the answer of those all we need to file a PIL.

Dear Friends, We are going to file a PIL in the interest of Livestock Farmers getting their animals vaccinated every time but always seeing their animals suffering and dying from the same diseases for which they get their animals vaccinated, like FMD, PPR, HS and swine fever etc. I request all the stakeholders (Livestock owners, veterinarians, livestock health care professionals) to please share their experiences of failed vaccination. If you have any document in proof of your statement (as vaccine used, vaccine brand and batch number, date of vaccination, date of disease or death, any report of diagnosis, any relevant news clip, a copy of any report or complaint filed by you), please share. If you do not want to share openly you may send your say on my email brs1762@gmail.com with the promise of confidentiality.

Our purpose of filing PIL is to make vaccine producers responsible for vaccine failure and to make them compensate for the loss incurred due to faulty vaccines to the livestock owners.
You all know that all administrative machinery, rogues in the governments and even veterinarians are busy in protecting the producers of substandard vaccines either for a small gain or due to one or other reasons. Thus, your co-operation is desired, it will be helpful in improving the livelihood of poor livestock owners.
प्रिय मित्रों, हम किसानों एवं पशुपालकों के हितार्थ एक PIL करने जा रहे हैं जिसका उद्देश्य उन किसानों एवं पशुपालकों को न्याय दिलाना है जो हर बार समय पर अपने पशुओं को टीकाकरण करवाते हैं परन्तु फिर भी आये दिन उनके पशु उन्हीं रोगों (मुंहपका खुरपका, घुड़का /गलघोंटू, बकरियों एवं भेड़ों में पोंकणी, ब्रूसल्लोसिस से गर्भपात, सूकर ज्वर) से बीमार पड़ते हैं और मरते हैं जिनके लिए टीकाकरण करवाते हैं.
मेरा उन सभी साथयों जो किसी भी रूप में पशु पालन से जुड़े हैं से सादर अनुरोध है कि उनके पास यदि ऐसा कोई अनुभव है या प्रमाण है कि रोग टीकाकरण के बाद भी हुआ ( जैसे कि टीकाकरण में प्रयुक्त वैक्सीन का बैच नंबर, ब्रांड, कंपनी का नाम, टीकाकरण तिथि, टीकाकरण बाद रोग होने की तिथि ,कोई समाचार पत्र की क्लिपिंग, आपके या आपके सम्बद्ध किसी के द्वारा की गई शिकायत की प्रतिलिपि, कहीं से रोग निदान की रिपोर्ट की प्रतिलिपि, आदि) तो अवश्य शेयर करें. यदि आप सार्वजनिक रूप से शेयर नहीं करना चाहते तो मुझे ईमेल (brs1762@gmail.com) कर सकते हैं जिसका बिना आपकी अनुमति प्रयोग नहीं किया जाएगा.
हमारा PIL दायर करने का उद्देश्य टीका निर्माता कंपनियो को टीका फेल होने कि स्थिति में जिम्मेदार बनाना है जिससे वे उस स्थिति में जब पशुपालक को टीका करन के बावजूद रोग से हानि होती है तो उस हानि की भरपाई हो सके.
आप सभी लोग भलीभांति परिचित हैं कि टीकाकरण के बाद जब भी पशुओं में माहामारी फैलती है तो पूरा सरकारी अमला उसे छुपाने में व्यस्त हो जाता है या फिर पशुपालकों की कमियां ढूंढता है, और उद्देश्य सिर्फ एक ही होता है घटिया वैक्सीन और दवा निर्माताओं को बचाना, उसके पीछे कुछ निजी स्वार्थ होते हैं कुछ डर होते हैं अत: पशुपालन के लाभप्रद बने रहने के लिए आपका सहयोग अति आवश्यक है. यह एक जन लाभ के लिए शुरू की जाने वाली मुहीम है.
