3. Releases vaccines without any valid 2ndand 3rd phase trial (Brucellosis vaccine).

5. In case of casualty in vaccinated livestock Government of India show generosity without any liability of substandard vaccine producers.
6. The Government of India pays 85% of the vaccine cost if the Vaccine is capable of spreading the disease through having a live FMD virus.
The Minutes of 2nd National Steering Committee meeting for National Animal Disease Control Programme for FMD and Brucellosis held on 20th November 2019 clarifies (at page 9 and 10) it that if an FMD vaccine fails in NSP test (the test done for the purity of the vaccine and assure that all viruses are killed in the vaccine, as this test is positive only when antibodies for nonstructural protein are detected after vaccination; NSPs are expressed in an animal only when there is FMD virus infection, means the vaccine is capable of causing infection of FMD.
It seems that the Government officials getting salaries from Government i.e., from the people of India but work for corporates to evolve the rules, to amend the rules, to bend the rules and to break rules for Corporate interests.
