How to break the vicious cycle of low IQ, poverty, and hunger in India?

How to break the vicious cycle of low IQ, poverty, and hunger in India?

The average IQ of Indians (76.24) is well below that of other countries https://lnkd.in/dHD5DbA9 and the second lowest (just a step above Nepal) in Asia & it may be the reason behind Andhbhakti, worship of Babas, politicians, poverty & hunger (https://lnkd.in/d4VgiDZ4) in India. We may criticize indices at one or another pretext for n number of reasons, but introspection to act is the solution to breaking the vicious cycle of low IQ, poverty, and hunger in India. However, no one is interested in breaking the cycle because those at the top and at the bottom don't need and those under the umbrella of the Gaussian Bell, they can't do it.
India is a democratic country and the Government is elected by the majority (the average IQ people) under the Gaussian Bell and is run by the outliers on the right end of the Gaussian Bell Curve to exploit the majority. Having a huge population, in India, there are millions of right-end outliers, many of them either leave the country or keep quiet but many (not all) target to exploit the majority and become Doctors, Engineers, IAS, IPS, Babas, Politicians and Administrators to keep the Nation Hungry, the main reason behind low IQ, and thus the poverty and hunger vicious cycle keeps on moving, it is going on for ages since Sanatan time and seeds are sown sometimes a few thousands years ago when the majority was barred from education and healthy living.

Suggested Solution:
1. Quality and impartial free education to all.
2. Abolishment of Jati-Pati at all levels
3. Propagation of Religionlessness or impartiality to all religions
4. A Uniform Civil Code that makes all citizens equal
5. Abolishment of VIP and VVIP culture
6. Abolishment of freebies or free ration. Instead, it may be better to make payment for work than payment without work.
