Sir, I filed three complaints (99110-2018-vigilance-7, 99108-2018-vigilance-7, 99107-2018-vigilance-7)   with you more than two months ago but still waiting for the response. In your response, it was written that complaints have been transferred to Vigilance of ICAR to respond within a month but still no response except a memorandum to me.

Sir, my question is, do you expect from a subordinate officer of ICAR to do anything about his top boss or do you want to dump it.

Hopefully, you will consider the case to be handled at your level for enquiry by an independent inquiry.
